Practice

We now have two practices under our belts and the kids have done a great job. We have worked on some of the key skills, drills and moves that they will use all year (and beyond this year). Each practice we will work to build on what we have learned - we strive to teach the new wrestler and continue to challenge the experienced ones.

Our schedule should be fairly consistent throughout the year, but remember that we are at the mercy of the school. We will practice on Tuesday and Thursday nights throughout the year unless there is a conflict at the school or Henrico schools are closed because of weather. We will do our best to send email reminders when this changes. This website will also be a resource - please see the calendar attachment to the site if you are ever unsure.
